about us
M&V was established in September 2008 by Mihail and Victor with a clear vision of a company built on quality, trust, and professionalism. Over the last 15 years, what started as a small business has transformed into a reputable and rapidly growing company known for providing excellent service.
The journey started back in 2004 when Mihail moved from Moldova to the UK for university. He graduated with a master's degree in Business Administration and Theology, which provided the foundation for this company's values, discipline, and vision. Mihail and Victor transformed their dream into reality through hard work, persistence, and an uncompromising drive for excellence.
So far, M&V has successfully completed projects in over 100 homes, grown to over 25 skilled workers, and earned the trust of many happy clients. It has also nurtured relations with architects, designers, and electricians to maintain high standards of workmanship on a variety of projects.
Today, M&V is proud to work in some of the most prestigious areas, including Hampstead and Angel. What started as a dream has become a trusted company built on craftsmanship, honesty, and long-lasting client relationships.
Our degrees
Mihail has graduated with a master's degree in Business Administration and Theology, and Victor has graduated with a degree in journalism. These degrees help build and support our business.
